After our lecture yesterday, we had the sudden realisation that we'd underestimated the number of reference photos we needed to fully establish our theme.
Being told to gather over 500 photos was a little daunting but I can finally say that we've nearly done it.
I also reached out on social media to help get other people's opinion on what the 80s or 90s meant to them. I asked for any childhood photos or people to name an item that really screamed the era. It was amazingly insightful and the response we got was incredible.
It really showed us that this particular era brings back such fond memories for people that they can't help but get excited by it. We just have to keep our fingers crossed that we're able to do it justice!
